Welcome! We are the Tech Shop group for the Sequim PC Users group in Sequim,WA. located on the North Olympic Peninsula, our primary function is to refurbish old donated computers and give them to various social organizations around the county. These computers then are distributed to needy families or those who can not afford a computer.
The Tech Shop cleans them, wipes the hard drives of all personal information and installs a selection of open source productivity and security software applications including a new Operating System. We are currently installing Windows 7 Pro and Windows 8.1 Pro on all systems. If we get a special request we can also install a Linux distro.
